Athletics promote pitcher Jamie Arnold to Triple-A Las Vegas Aviators

The Athletics promoted pitcher Jamie Arnold to their Triple-A affiliate, the Las Vegas Aviators, following a productive stint with the Double-A Midland RockHounds. Arnold, selected with the 11th overall pick in the 2025 draft, held a 3.42 ERA during his time at the Double-A level. The left-hander made his debut for the Aviators on Tuesday, throwing five shutout innings while allowing four hits and two walks alongside five strikeouts. Ranked as the organization's No. 3 prospect, Arnold previously pitched for Florida State where he earned consensus All-American honors. He currently leads all Athletics minor leaguers with 23 starts and holds the team lead in ERA at 3.57 across the season.
