Atlanta Braves activate AJ Smith-Shawver for doubleheader against Mets

On July 29, the Atlanta Braves concluded their series against the New York Mets at Citi Field, winning the final game 1-0 after previously losing 3-2 earlier in the day. As part of a roster adjustment due to the doubleheader, the Braves called up AJ Smith-Shawver, who was reinstated from the injured list and served as the 27th man for the doubleheader.
