Atlanta Hawks select Kingston Flemings and Zuby Ejiofor in 2026 NBA Draft

The Atlanta Hawks added two players during the first round of the 2026 NBA Draft on June 24. Kingston Flemings, a 19-year-old guard from the University of Houston, was selected as the No. 8 overall pick, while St. Johns University forward Zuby Ejiofor was chosen No. 23 overall. Flemings averaged 16.1 points and 5.2 assists in his lone season at Houston, and Ejiofor, who won the Kareem Abdul-Jabbar Award, averaged 16.7 points in his senior season at St. Johns. The Hawks will have one more pick at No. 57 in the upcoming second round of the draft.
