Atletico Madrid gives Julian Alvarez deadline for Arsenal decision

Atletico Madrid has set a deadline for Julian Alvarez to decide whether to remain at the club or entertain a move to Arsenal, effective until Sunday. Alvarez's situation has been complicated by his public desire to join Barcelona, a move that Atletico is unwilling to facilitate. The player is reportedly feeling confused and struggling with the decision, as he has not expressed significant interest in joining Arsenal. Atletico's head coach Diego Simeone confirmed Alvarez will not participate in the upcoming match against Sevilla, given that he has not trained for three days. Meanwhile, Arsenal remains skeptical about a potential transfer until Alvarez shows more commitment to moving to England.
