Atletico Madrid hosts Manchester United in Champions League clash

Summary

Manchester United will face Atletico Madrid at the Metropolitano Stadium on Tuesday, October 13, during their second Champions League match. United, who qualified for the tournament after finishing third in the Premier League last season, have had a shaky start this season, with three draws and one win in six league games. They began their Champions League campaign with a 4-0 victory over Sabah. Swedish referee Glenn Nyberg will oversee the match, marking United's poor performance under his officiating, as they have yet to win any match he has referred. Both clubs have experienced difficulties in games officiated by Nyberg.
