Atletico Madrid prepares offer for Tottenham's Cristian Romero
Summary

Tottenham Hotspur anticipates a bid from Atletico Madrid for centre-back Cristian Romero. The Spanish club considers Romero a priority target, potential offers starting at €30 million reportedly in the works. Tottenham has indicated Romero can leave for around €40 million, with Inter Milan having already matched that asking price. However, Romero favors a move to Atletico and is prepared to wait. Tottenham has signed Marcos Senesi and Jan Paul van Hecke to address defensive needs in anticipation of Romero's potential exit.
