Aurelien Tchouameni returns for Real Madrid following muscle injury

Aurelien Tchouameni made his first appearance of the season for Real Madrid during a match against Inter Milan yesterday. The midfielder missed the opening month of the campaign due to a muscular injury that hindered his training schedule. Despite competition for midfield spots from Eduardo Camavinga and new arrival Bernardo, manager Jose Mourinho continues to view the Frenchman as a primary starter. Mourinho values the player for his unique defensive presence and tactical discipline, noting he remains essential to the team's defensive structure. The manager now faces a selection challenge to integrate the returning midfielder into a lineup that already features captain Federico Valverde and recent signing Bernardo. Decisions regarding the midfield hierarchy are expected to unfold throughout the coming weeks.
