Australia, South Africa face off in third Test at Cape Town

The third Test between Australia and South Africa is set to begin at Newlands, Cape Town, on October 27 with the series tied at 1-1. This match marks Australia's first Test at the venue since the 2018 ball-tampering scandal, with scrutiny on players like Steve Smith, who is facing a fitness test for neck stiffness. Players' past performances and psychological tactics, particularly against Australia's batting lineup, will factor into both teams' strategies. South Africa's Temba Bavuma and Marco Jansen have shown strong form, while Australia is dealing with recent underwhelming performances.
