Azzi Fudd to undergo surgery, ending rookie season with Dallas Wings

Dallas Wings guard Azzi Fudd will miss the remainder of the 2026 WNBA season due to an arthroscopic procedure on her right knee, scheduled for early next week in Connecticut. Fudd has already missed the last five games because of ongoing soreness related to this knee, previously injured twice while in college. She has been a key player for the Wings, ranking fifth in the league with 1.7 steals and averaging 13.1 points on 45.6 percent shooting. The Wings currently hold an eighth-place standing with a 20-16 record.
