The Wisconsin Badgers secured a commitment from 7’1 center Jack Thelen on June 14, 2026. Thelen, from Maple Grove High School in Minnesota, visited Madison recently where he received an offer. He is the second player to commit to the Badgers' 2027 recruiting class, joining four-star guard Jalen Brown. Prior to choosing Wisconsin, Thelen had offers from Murray State, Miami (OH), and Montana. Thelen is considered a developmental prospect with potential to grow into his frame.
