Bailey Ober progresses in recovery with first rehab outing for Twins

Bailey Ober of the Minnesota Twins pitched for the High-A Cedar Rapids Kernels on Sunday after a month on the injured list due to elbow inflammation. He threw 3 1/3 innings against the Timber Rattlers, giving up three runs on seven hits while exceeding his pitch count by tossing 57.
