Barcelona considers Iker Rodriguez and Eder Aller for third-choice goalkeeper

Summary

FC Barcelona is finalizing its goalkeeping lineup for the upcoming season, with Joan Garcia as the starting goalkeeper and Wojciech Szczesny serving as the backup. The decision regarding the third-choice goalkeeper remains, following the departures of Diego Kochen, Inaki Pena, and Ander Astralaga. The club is evaluating two academy prospects: 18-year-old Iker Rodriguez, who is under contract until 2027, and 19-year-old Eder Aller, who has spent significant time with the first team and is contracted until 2028. The final selection will be made during pre-season training as the coaching staff assesses which player is best suited to support the senior squad.
