Barcelona considers Luis Suarez as fallback option for Julian Alvarez
Summary

Barcelona is exploring the option of signing Sporting striker Luis Suarez should their pursuit of Julian Alvarez falter. Despite ongoing negotiations, Alvarez remains with Atletico as they express reluctance to sell. Reports indicate that Barcelona will evaluate Suarez more seriously if they do not secure Alvarez within the coming week. Suarez, 28, scored 28 goals in the last league season, making him an attractive alternative for Barcelona's attacking strategy.
