Barcelona considers signing Javi Guerra from Valencia before deadline

FC Barcelona has until Saturday to secure a deal for Javi Guerra, the Valencia midfielder, before his release clause increases from €40 million to €60 million. Barcelona has expressed interest but has not finalized any steps towards a transfer. With Frenkie de Jong's injury heightening the need for midfield reinforcements, Barcelona's window for action is limited. Guerra, recently a part of Spain's world champion squad, is also attracting attention from clubs in Italy and England, increasing the urgency for Barcelona to act.
