Barcelona explores options for young defenders including Manchester City's Dias
Summary

Barcelona is evaluating three young defenders—Arthur Dias, Vitor Reis, and Youri Baas—as potential winter transfer targets according to a report from SPORT. The club, aiming to strengthen its defense without significant financial outlay, seeks a left-footed centre-back. Dias, currently with Athletico Paranaense, may require a €12 million investment. Reis, previously linked to Barcelona, has experience in Manchester City's system and his availability depends on City's plans. Baas, from Ajax, is noted for his versatility as he can play both centre-back and left-back. The situation surrounding Alejandro Balde's future may impact Barcelona's recruitment strategy.
