Barcelona eyes re-signing Jan Virgili after Mallorca's relegation

Summary

Barcelona has an opportunity to re-sign Jan Virgili after Mallorca's relegation led to a significant drop in his release clause. The buyout clause for the young attacker decreased from €30 million to €12 million, and Barcelona may acquire him for around €7 million due to retained rights from his previous transfer. The club's interest in Virgili intensified following a meeting between Deco and the player's representatives. Barcelona's decision on whether to bring him back may depend on the future of current players and may involve the option of a loan to support Virgili's development.
