Barcelona plans to raise offer for Julian Alvarez to €115 million

Summary

Barcelona is reportedly considering increasing their offer for Julian Alvarez to €115 million as they aim to finalize a transfer before the striker's pre-season training with Atletico Madrid begins. Alvarez remains Barcelona's top target for the No. 9 position, despite Atletico's refusal to negotiate and a steep €500 million release clause. The situation may change as Alvarez’s agents are set to meet with Barcelona officials soon to discuss moving the deal forward. While other strikers are on the club's radar, Alvarez remains the priority.
