Barcelona plans to sign Dominik Livakovic, affecting Ter Stegen's future

Barcelona is advancing negotiations to sign goalkeeper Dominik Livakovic from Fenerbahce. The potential transfer could impact Marc-Andre ter Stegen's future at the club. Reports indicate that, if Livakovic joins, Barcelona may not reintegrate Ter Stegen into the first team after his loan at Ajax ends. For the current season, Barcelona intends to keep Joan Garcia as the starting goalkeeper, with Wojciech Szczesny as the backup, while Livakovic may be loaned out initially before joining for the 2027/28 season.
