Barcelona prepares for Champions League opener against Feyenoord

Summary

Barcelona faces Feyenoord at Camp Nou on Wednesday for the club's opening match of the Champions League league phase. Manager Hansi Flick expects a strong lineup despite Eric Garcia being sidelined due to a red card carried over from last season. Jules Kounde is set to start at right-back while Joao Cancelo is expected to make his first start of the season on the opposite flank. Midfielder Rodri is slated to continue in the starting rotation alongside Pedri and Fermín López following his successful debut. The attacking trio of Lamine Yamal, Raphinha, and Anthony Gordon remains unchanged as the team aims to build on an unbeaten start to the season. The club looks to maintain its momentum after a comfortable league win over Valencia last weekend.
