Barcelona registers Hamza Abdelkarim and Jesse Bisiwu for the Champions League

Barcelona has officially submitted its 25-man A-list squad for the upcoming 2026-27 UEFA Champions League season. The roster includes newcomers Hamza Abdelkarim and Jesse Bisiwu, both of whom are now eligible to compete in the tournament. Bisiwu is currently rehabilitating an injury sustained while playing for Barca Atletic but is expected to return to action shortly. The club also included Brian Farinas on its B-list as a homegrown player. Conversely, forward Roony Bardghji has been omitted from the final squad following a serious knee injury that required surgery. Bardghji is expected to remain sidelined for approximately six months as he begins his recovery. The team begins its European campaign next week in a match against Feyenoord.
