Barcelona sets €40 million asking price for midfielder Marc Casado

Summary

Barcelona has placed a €40 million price tag on 22-year-old midfielder Marc Casado during the ongoing summer transfer window. The club has been looking to sell players, including Casado, who has seen a reduction in playing time under coach Hansi Flick. Barcelona recently rejected an offer below their asking price and continues to monitor interest from clubs in the Saudi Pro League. A sale could represent a significant financial benefit for the club due to Casado's status as a La Masia graduate. Casado remains part of the squad, traveling with the team to England as discussions regarding his future continue.
