Barnet signs defender Will Wright from Swindon Town on free transfer

Barnet has signed 29-year-old center-back Will Wright on a free transfer after he left Swindon Town. Wright made 34 appearances for the Robins last season, contributing one goal in League Two. Prior to Swindon, he played for Crawley Town, helping the team secure promotion in the 2023-24 season, and Gillingham. Barnet's manager Dean Brennan praised Wright's technical skills and versatility as they seek to improve after finishing eighth in League Two last season, two points shy of the playoff spots.
