Basketball Champions League finalists earn spots in new NBA-backed league

The Basketball Champions League (BCL) will allow its finalists a direct place in the new NBA Europe league set to launch in the fall of 2027. BCL CEO Patrick Comninos announced that both the winners and finalists of Season 11 will qualify automatically. Additionally, two more spots will be available through a qualification process, where teams will compete in a tournament scheduled for May-June next year.
