Bayer Leverkusen targets fullbacks Medina and El Ouahdi

Bayer Leverkusen is pursuing Olympique Marseille defender Facundo Medina for the left-back position, as reported by Kicker. Medina is being considered to replace Alejandro Grimaldo, who transferred to Atlético Madrid. Marseille reportedly demands at least €25 million for Medina, under contract until 2030. Leverkusen is also evaluating KRC Genk's Zakaria El Ouahdi for right-back. El Ouahdi, a 24-year-old Morocco international, has registered 12 goals and six assists in 43 appearances this season and has four caps for his national team. The left-back decision may influence their pursuit of a right-back.
