Bayern Munich chief executive Jan-Christian Dreesen confirmed the club is pursuing a contract renewal for striker Harry Kane. Negotiations for the 33-year-old England captain involve discussions over salary and a potential multi-year extension beyond his current 2027 deal. Dreesen also expressed interest in retaining winger Michael Olise, though he declined to offer formal assurances regarding the player's long-term future given market interest. Neither Kane nor Olise started in Saturday's goalless draw against Schalke, appearing as substitutes in the second half. Kane arrived at Bayern in 2023 for a club-record fee, while Olise joined from Crystal Palace in 2024. The club management aims to secure both players as they maintain their standing in the Bundesliga. Future roster stability remains a priority as Bayern officials continue to monitor high-value interest from external clubs.
