Bayern Munich eyes Barcelona's Jules Kounde for January transfer

Bayern Munich is monitoring Barcelona defender Jules Kounde as a potential January target. The Bundesliga club has shown interest in Kounde, aiming to strengthen their defense, particularly if they sell Kim Min-jae, who is valued at around €40 million and has been granted permission to seek a new team. Kounde, who has largely been a backup at Barcelona, could consider a move if his playing time does not improve. Bayern has also considered Benfica's Tomas Araujo as a possible alternative but views Kounde as a more ambitious prospect. Discussions between Bayern and Kounde have not yet occurred.
