Bayern Munich retains Maycon Cardozo and Tim Binder for development

Bayern Munich has decided to keep teenagers Maycon Cardozo and Tim Binder in the squad following strong preseason performances. Despite receiving several loan offers, the club has opted to provide both players with regular training opportunities alongside the senior team. Cardozo, 17, made Bundesliga history as the first player from Bayern’s World Squad program to debut for the senior team. Binder, 19, has impressed with his pace and dribbling skills. Bayern aims to balance their exposure to senior-level practices while allowing them to compete with the U-23 and U-19 teams to aid their development.
