Bayern Munich has officially signed South Korean left back Doyeon Kim from Daejeon Hana Citizen. The transfer adds depth to Bayern's youth academy, particularly in the left back position, where they have faced a shortage of players. Kim, 18, trained with Bayern as a guest player prior to the signing and has also represented South Korea at youth level in international competitions. He is expected to bolster the left flank of the FC Bayern reserves’ defense. Kim joins goalkeeper Jae-won Heo as Bayern's second South Korean recruit this summer.
