Bayern Munich signs Tim Binder to a professional contract through 2030

Bayern Munich has signed 19-year-old winger and attacking midfielder Tim Binder to a long-term professional contract. The agreement secures the academy product’s position with the club through June 30, 2030. Binder joined the Bayern Munich youth system in 2019 after transitioning from FC Augsburg. He earned his first-team opportunity during recent preseason preparations under manager Vincent Kompany, where he trained with the senior squad. While he is currently sidelined with a hamstring tear, the club anticipates he will serve as a depth option for Luis Díaz upon his return. Sporting director Christoph Freund confirmed the signing, citing Binder’s speed and technical ability as core reasons for the club’s investment in his development.
