Bayern Munich sporting director Max Eberl addresses Michael Olise transfer interest

Real Madrid pursued Bayern Munich winger Michael Olise as a primary target to bolster their attack during the summer transfer window. Although a deal for the player did not materialize, reports suggest the Spanish club remains interested in a potential future transfer. Bayern sporting director Max Eberl confirmed that he monitored the situation closely, admitting he felt initial concern when receiving messages from Olise during the World Cup. Ultimately, the club maintained its stance against a sale, and the player remains under contract with Bayern for three more years. Eberl indicated that the Bundesliga side intends to initiate discussions regarding a contract extension for the winger before the current season concludes. The club clarified that Olise has no termination clause in his existing agreement.
