Bayern Munich targets Sergino Dest for summer transfer window

Bayern Munich has expressed renewed interest in Dutch full-back Sergino Dest, aiming to strengthen their defensive depth ahead of the next season. The club is reportedly looking for options after Dest's productive 2025-26 season, where he scored two goals in 38 matches. Previously, Dest had rebuffed Bayern's interest to join Barcelona, and since then, he has played at AC Milan and PSV Eindhoven, where he was signed permanently in 2024. Bayern's concerns regarding the reliability of current left-back Alphonso Davies and the overall depth at full-back have made Dest an attractive target, although no formal offer has yet been made.
