Bayern Munich's Erblin Osmani joins Kosovo senior national team

Erblin Osmani, a 17-year-old midfielder from Bayern Munich, has chosen to represent Kosovo at senior international level. Franco Foda has included him in the squad for the upcoming Nations League campaign, beginning with a match against Ireland on September 24. Previously, Osmani played for Germany's U16 and U17 teams and had received a Kosovo passport. His decision aligns with Kosovo's push for emerging talents, and Osmani is noted as one of Bayern's promising young players, having made his Bundesliga debut in March. His contract with Bayern extends into a professional deal upon turning 18 next year.
