BBC to broadcast Cray Wanderers and Altrincham FA Cup ties

The BBC has announced that they will air two FA Cup first-round matches featuring non-league teams next month. Altrincham will host Notts County at Moss Lane on November 7, while Cray Wanderers will face Stockport County on November 8. Cray Wanderers reached this stage after defeating Bedford Town on penalties, marking their first appearance in the FA Cup first round. Altrincham holds a record for upsets against league sides, while Notts County has historical significance as an early FA Cup winner. Coverage will include highlights and a second round draw preceding a scheduled match on November 9.
