BC Roma hires Bryan Colangelo and targets Mike D’Antoni for board positions

BC Roma is building its front-office staff ahead of its debut in the BKT EuroCup and the LBA UnipolSai. The organization has reached an agreement with former NBA executive Bryan Colangelo to join the club in an advisory role. Colangelo, who previously served as general manager for the Phoenix Suns, Toronto Raptors, and Philadelphia 76ers, will represent the franchise at official meetings. Management is also working toward adding Mike D’Antoni to its Board of Directors. These moves aim to bolster the team's leadership structure by incorporating individuals with extensive experience in the NBA. Colangelo currently maintains a minority stake in the Italian football club Cagliari alongside associate Edoardo Bulgheroni.
