Bears sign former Falcons WR Scotty Miller to practice squad

The Chicago Bears signed former Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Scotty Miller to their practice squad on October 9, 2026. Miller, a sixth-round pick in 2019, previously spent four seasons with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and joined the Falcons in 2023, finishing that season with 11 catches for 161 yards and two touchdowns. After a tough season for Atlanta's passing attack, which saw the team finish with a combined 3,775 passing yards, Miller has returned to Chicago after an earlier stint with the team this season. The Bears originally signed him in the offseason but waived him as part of their roster cuts. Miller now aims to contribute more significantly as a member of the practice squad.
