Ben Johnson sees potential in Bears WR Luther Burden to match Amon-Ra St. Brown

Bears head coach Ben Johnson is optimistic about wide receiver Luther Burden, selected 39th overall in the 2025 NFL Draft. Johnson believes Burden could reach the same level as Amon-Ra St. Brown from the Lions in the 2026 season. He noted Burden's competitive mentality and work ethic, which may help accelerate his development. Burden's performance in the previous season included 47 receptions for 652 yards and two touchdowns.
