Bengals linebacker Demetrius Knight Jr. injured against Steelers in Week 3

Demetrius Knight Jr., linebacker for the Cincinnati Bengals, was injured during the first quarter of their Week 3 game against the Pittsburgh Steelers at Acrisure Stadium. Following a tackle on Steelers' running back Jaylen Warren, Knight remained down before getting up and receiving sideline attention. CBS analyst Ross Tucker noted the significant impact to Knight’s neck and shoulder area. Knight was replaced by Oren Burks. This injury follows a history of earlier issues this season and last, as Knight left a previous game with cramping and dealt with muscle cramps in 2025.
