Besiktas made a €20 million offer for Arsenal's Leandro Trossard on July 3, 2026, seeking reinforcements for their squad. Coach Vincenzo Italiano is interested in either Trossard or Sassuolo's Armand Laurienté but considers Laurienté too expensive, with Sassuolo demanding €25-30 million. Besiktas previously engaged in negotiations for Laurienté, but a confirmed offer for Trossard could end those talks. Trossard is currently participating in the World Cup with Belgium, and his contract with Arsenal expires at season's end.
