Bianca Belair shares recovery update after finger surgery and pregnancy

Bianca Belair has been missing from in-ring action ever since a finger injury sustained at WrestleMania 41. Of course, the former Women’s Champion is also not expected to see competition soon due to her pregnancy, which she revealed at WrestleMania 42. In a recent social media post, Belair gave some credit to her pregnancy for allowing her the time to better rehabilitate her injury. “One thing about being pregnant…it’s really given me the time to get my finger better!!!” she captioned a video in her Instagram Stories in which she displayed the mobility of the finger. “We are still on therapy and we are bending!” The EST suffered the injury involving her knuckle during a triple threat match against Rhea Ripley and IYO SKY for the Women’s World Championship at WrestleMania 41. She then disappeared from WWE until showing up at WWE Evolution in July 2025 to serve as a special guest referee in a match between Naomi and Jade Cargill. The Evolution appearance raised fans’ hopes that Belair would soon fully return, but then reports surfaced about her injury not healing properly. Rumors later swirled about her possibly being a surprise entrant in January’s Royal Rumble, but her finger was still not cooperating. Soon afterwards, an announcement came in February that Bianca would undergo finger surgery and would thus need further rehabilitation. Belair would then go on to surprise fans with an appearance at WrestleMania 42. But after she made her way to the ring in Las Vegas following John Cena’s introduction, Bianca didn’t announce she was returning to wrestling but instead revealed her pregnant stomach. Since that time, Belair has remained active on social media. Along with showing off the progress in her finger’s recovery on Instagram, she also praised a gimmick wrestling match at the recent Brooklyn Comic Con involving a wrestler cosplaying as Macho Man Randy Savage taking on a woman dressed as a pregnant version of herself.
