Bianconere advance to the Serie A Women’s Cup final after defeating Inter

The win moves the team into the tournament final for the second time in two seasons as they attempt to defend their title. Inter attempted to equalize through Lina Magull, but the Bianconere defensive unit maintained its lead throughout the second half. Larissa Rusek and Cecilia Runnarsdottir recorded saves for their respective teams during the match. The Bianconere will now await the outcome of the other semi-final between Sassuolo and Roma to determine their opponent. The final is scheduled to take place on 19 September in Viareggio.
