Gurule is currently mired in a 1-4 slump. “Grim” most recently fought in May at UFC Macau, where he was submitted inside of a round by Rei Tsuruya. That was Gurule’s second fight in two weeks, following a unanimous decision nod over Daniel Barez, Gurule’s lone UFC win. UFC 334 is yet to have a headliner announced.
