Bill Simmons doubts Celtics will trade Hugo González for Giannis Antetokounmpo

Bill Simmons expressed skepticism regarding the Celtics' willingness to include Hugo González in a potential trade for Giannis Antetokounmpo. Simmons noted that the Celtics organization values González highly, with Brad Stevens playing a significant role in this sentiment. Discussions of a trade were prompted by reports of the Milwaukee Bucks' interest in acquiring González and Jaylen Brown. Although González had a modest rookie season, the Celtics may prioritize retaining young talent, suggesting that if a trade for Antetokounmpo is pursued, draft picks could be part of the negotiation instead.
