The Buffalo Bills are signing veteran wide receiver and return specialist Greg Dortch to their practice squad. The 28-year-old was born in Rochester before moving to Virginia as a child. Buffalo currently seeks to improve its punt return unit, which ranked 28th in the NFL last season with a 6.5-yard average. His arrival reunites him with Bills wide receivers coach Drew Terrell and special teams coordinator Jeff Rodgers, both of whom worked with him in Arizona.
