The Buffalo Bills have claimed wide receiver Quentin Skinner off waivers from the New York Jets as they finalize their roster ahead of training camp. In a corresponding move, the Bills released Deven Thompkins, who had joined the team after an impressive minicamp. Skinner, standing just under 6'4" and weighing 203 pounds, went undrafted after contributing significantly at Kansas, where he averaged over 20 yards per catch in his final two seasons. He caught one pass for 10 yards in his rookie season with the Jets, which was against the Bills in January 2026.
