Bills consider trading Josh Palmer after disappointing season

Summary

The Buffalo Bills are contemplating placing wide receiver Josh Palmer on the trade block following a lackluster performance last season. Palmer, who signed a three-year, $30 million deal, recorded only 33 receptions for 304 yards with no touchdowns and missed five games due to injuries. With the Bills currently holding just over $10 million in cap space, trading Palmer could save them $10.2 million. Analysts suggest that a fifth-round pick may be a reasonable expectation in a trade. Palmer's performance during preseason games could further influence the decision on his future with the team.
