Bills finalize roster projection as cuts approach ahead of deadline

Summary

The Buffalo Bills are preparing to finalize their 53-man roster ahead of the deadline on Sunday at 6pm EST. After completing a perfect preseason with a 28-27 victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers, the team faces the challenge of trimming the roster from 91 players. Key positions have shown competition with Josh Allen winning the quarterback backup role, and Frank Gore Jr. securing a spot at running back. Additional decisions include keeping three tight ends and a defensive back group expected to total 10 players. The final roster cuts will impact the team's preparation for the upcoming regular season.
