The Buffalo Bills will debut a new chicken parmesan sandwich created by celebrity chef Matty Matheson at Highmark Stadium. This sandwich, sourced from Matheson's restaurant Rizzo's House of Parm, features a breaded chicken cutlet on a Portuguese roll with pomodoro sauce, mozzarella, parmesan, roasted peppers, and garlic parmesan dressing. The new menu item will be available during the Bills' annual Return of the Blue & Red practice, scheduled for August 8 at 7 p.m. Fans can purchase the sandwich in sections 116, 301, and 328, though the price has yet to be announced.
