The Buffalo Bills did not secure a rumored free agency target, Deebo Samuel, who has re-signed with the San Francisco 49ers. Ian Rapoport of NFL Network confirmed that Samuel's deal is for one year, up to $7 million. The Bills previously traded for DJ Moore and sought to upgrade their wide receiver corps with Samuel, who enjoyed a productive season with the Washington Commanders last year. With the start of training camp, the Bills have also made changes to their roster, releasing Jalen Virgil due to injury and signing Dante Pettis.
