Bills place Tyrell Shavers on PUP list to start training camp

The Buffalo Bills placed wide receiver Tyrell Shavers on the physically unable to perform (PUP) list as training camp opened on July 29, 2026. Shavers, 26, is recovering from an ACL tear sustained in a wild-card playoff game against the Jacksonville Jaguars in January. He can participate in team activities except for practices while on the PUP list. If he remains on the PUP list by the time of roster cuts, he will miss at least the first four games of the regular season. Shavers played in all 17 games last season, recording 15 receptions for 245 yards and one touchdown.
