Bills promote four staff members in scouting department

The Buffalo Bills announced four promotions within their scouting department on June 4, 2026. Alonzo Dotson, Tyler Pratt, Kellyn Gerenstein, and Gardner Temkin have all been elevated in their roles. Dotson has been with the Bills since 2022 and previously scouted for the Green Bay Packers and New York Jets. Pratt, who joined the team as an intern in 2016, worked his way up to the West Coast Area Scout before his promotion. Gerenstein and Temkin have been with the organization since 2024 and 2025, respectively, contributing to player evaluation efforts.
